"The Final Release Ritual: Declaration & Commitment- Week 4: Speaking Your Truth Into Existence
Monday, we learned from two altar cards: Let go of the past to be alive NOW. Your words manifest your reality. What you speak, you create. Today, we do the FINAL RELEASE. We speak our declarations. We commit to maintaining our possibility closet. This is the final work. The final surrender. UNASHAMED. OUT LOUD. WITH POWER. IN THIS EPISODE Recap from Monday:
• Card 1: Let go of what life takes away. Surrender past. Be alive NOW. Enjoy the dream happening RIGHT NOW.
• Card 2: Your intent manifests through your WORDS. What you dream, feel, really are = manifested through what you SPEAK.Exercise 1: The Final Physical Release
• Final walk-through (anything still feel heavy?)
• Four questions: Fear? Guilt? Shame? Does this support who I am NOW?
• Bag it NOW (no "just in case," this is FINAL)Exercise 2: The Release Ritual
• Part 1: Acknowledge - "I held onto this out of [fear/guilt/shame]. This no longer serves me."
• Part 2: Thank - "Thank you for [what it taught/gave/represented]"
• Part 3: Release with Declaration - "I release this UNASHAMED. I let go to be alive NOW. I make space for what DOES serve me."
• Part 4: Seal It - Hand on bag/item: "It is done. I am free. I am alive NOW." Then walk away. Don't look back.Exercise 3: The Declaration Ceremony
• Stand in your closet (look at what SERVES you now)
• Say "I AM" statements OUT LOUD:
• I AM reclaimed
• I AM unashamed
• I AM alive NOW
• I AM someone who lets go
• I AM free from the past
• I AM living in the present
• I AM creating my future
• I AM powerful, worthy, enough
• Speak YOUR personal declaration 3 times: "I am someone who [your declaration]"Exercise 4: The Commitment Ceremony
• Write commitments: Only bring in pieces that [support becoming/make me feel good/pass feeling test/serve actual life]
• Commit to releasing immediately when something no longer serves
• Commit to quarterly audit (every 3 months)
• Commit to maintaining closet as tool for BECOMING
• Read commitment OUT LOUD (like a vow, like a promise)
• SIGN and DATE it (contract with yourself)Exercise 5: Celebrating the Transformation
• Document before & after (Week 1 closet vs. NOW - overwhelmed/pressured vs. lighter/clearer/possible/free?)
• Count the wins (what released? what chapters closed? what gained?)
• Speak gratitude OUT LOUD: "I am grateful for this journey. I am grateful for courage to let go. I am grateful for clarity. I am grateful for who I'm becoming. I am grateful for the dream happening RIGHT NOW."The Dream Happening RIGHT NOW Journal: "The dream happening right now in my life is..."
• List it ALL: people who love you, work that fulfills you, health you have, home you're in, growth you've made, future you're building
• Can you enjoy it? Be ALIVE in it?Maintaining Your Possibility Closet (3 Rules):
1. Feeling test never stops - How does this make me feel? If bad, release immediately. Closet is living tool.
2. Quarterly audit (every 3 months) - What's not serving? What's missing? Does it support becoming?
3. Intentional building continues - Only pieces that pass feeling test, support becoming energy, serve actual life. NO impulse buys. NO "just in case."Your Commitment Going Forward:
1. Maintain possibility closet (quarterly audits, immediate releases)
2. Build ONLY intentionally (feeling test, becoming energy, actual life)
3. Be UNASHAMED (no guilt, shame, apologies for evolving)

"Unashamed Letting Go" - The Final Release
This morning at the altar, two cards came with the EXACT message for Week 4 - the final week of Reclaiming Your Closet.
Card 1: "Whatever life takes away from you, let it go. When you surrender and let go of the past, you allow yourself to be fully alive in the moment. Letting go of the past means that you can enjoy the dream that is happening right now."
Card 2: "Regardless of what language you speak, your intent will manifest through the word. What you dream, what you feel, and what you really are will all be manifested through the word." The message: Let go of the past. Be alive NOW. Enjoy the dream RIGHT NOW. And speak your truth out loud - your words have POWER.
IN THIS EPISODE The Journey (Where We've Been):
• Week 1: Identified three types of clothes
• Week 2: The feeling audit (released based on feeling)
• Week 3: Pressure to possibility (visioned who we're becoming)
• Week 4: FINAL release - UNASHAMEDCard 1 Breakdown:
• "Whatever life takes, let it go" - Life takes things, we must release our grip
• "Surrender the past to be alive NOW" - Can't be fully present while living in past

4. No embarrassment about starting over (quality over quantity = power)

• The last physical items (anything still held from fear/guilt/shame)
• The old stories ("I'm someone who can't let go" → "I surrender, I'm alive NOW")
• The pressure to be perfect (let go of "should")
• The need for external validation (this is FOR you)

You've released the past and cleared the pressure. Now it's time to CREATE the future and BUILD the possibility. Today, we're visioning your possibility closet, identifying what's missing, and making a plan to build INTENTIONALLY. Grab your journal. Let's do the work. IN THIS EPISODE Meditation: Visioning yourself and what you're wearing as you become Exercise 1: Defining Your Becoming Energy (3 steps)
• Name the energy (3-5 words)
• Describe what that energy looks like
• Ask what that energy needsExercise 2: Visioning Your Possibility Closet
• Answer questions about colors, fabrics, silhouettes, categories, overall vibe
• Complete: "My possibility closet is a place where..."Exercise 3: The Gap Analysis
• What's working? (5-10 pieces you love)

Grounded? Powerful? Playful? Soft? Bold? Expressive? Free? Royal? Creative? Step 2: Describe What That Energy Looks Like "When I'm [energy word], I [action]." Examples:
• When I'm confident, I stand tall and speak clearly
• When I'm grounded, I move slowly, breathe deeply, feel connected
• When I'm powerful, I make decisions quickly, trust myself, lead with clarityStep 3: Ask What That Energy Needs "To support this energy, I need clothes that [blank]." Examples:
• To support my confidence, I need clothes that fit well, make me feel amazing
• To support my groundedness, I need clothes that feel good on my skin, don't restrict me
• To support my power, I need clothes that make me feel like a boss, have structureThis is your BECOMING ENERGY PROFILE. EXERCISE 2: VISIONING YOUR POSSIBILITY CLOSET Imagine tomorrow you open your closet. It's PERFECT. It supports who you are NOW and who you're BECOMING. Answer:
• Colors: What colors dominate? What colors make you feel like your becoming energy?
• Fabrics: What textures feel good on your skin?
• Silhouettes: What shapes/cuts make you feel like yourself?
• Categories: What's abundant? What's minimal?
• Overall Vibe: How does it FEEL when you open this closet?Complete: "My possibility closet is a place where [blank]." Nyomi's example: "My possibility closet is a place where every piece makes me feel like the goddess that I am. Where I can get dressed in 5 minutes because everything works. Where I'm surrounded by colors that make me feel powerful, fabrics that make me feel luxurious, and silhouettes that let me move freely. Where I open the doors and feel excited, not overwhelmed." EXERCISE 3: THE GAP ANALYSIS Step 1: What's Working? List 5-10 pieces you LOVE that make you feel like your becoming self. Step 2: What's Missing? Compare current closet to possibility vision. What specific gaps do you see? Examples:
• Missing: Powerful blazers that make me feel like a boss
• Missing: Flowy dresses in colors that support my goddess energy
• Missing: Comfortable pants that let me move freelyStep 3: What Has Biggest Impact? Which ONE piece will shift your closet from pressure to possibility? Circle that. That's your FOCUS. EXERCISE 4: BUILDING INTENTIONALLY Step 1: Define Your Criteria (Non-Negotiables) "I only bring pieces into my closet that:
1. Make me feel [your becoming energy words]
2. Support my actual life needs

From Pressure to Possibility MAY 2026 - Week 3: Your Closet Supporting Who You're BECOMING
Your closet should not be a place of pressure—where you feel judged, not enough, or stuck. Your closet should be a place of POSSIBILITY—where you feel supported, free, and like YOU. This week, we're shifting from what you're RELEASING to what you're CREATING. From pressure to possibility. From past to present. From stuck to BECOMING.
THE PROOF: NYOMI'S STORY
Last Wednesday morning before filming Action Wednesday, Nyomi went into her closet to get dressed. She pulled out a light blue outfit she loved when she had implants—but hadn't worn since her explant surgery in August (10 months ago). She did the feeling audit: "How does this make me feel?" Answer: Beautiful. Good. Like MYSELF. The healed me. The goddess me. The RECLAIMED me. Decision: This one can stay. What she did: WORE IT while filming the feeling audit episode. "I wasn't just TEACHING the feeling audit. I was WEARING the proof of it." The lesson: Not everything from your past has to go. But EVERYTHING has to pass the feeling test.

Reclaiming Your Closet: The Feeling Audit
Monday, we learned THE question: "How does this make me feel?" Today, we do the actual audit. Piece by piece. Item by item. We ask the question. We name the feeling. We release based on FEELING alone. Not logic. Not guilt. Not "should." Just feeling. This is Action Wednesday. This is the work.
IN THIS EPISODE The Recap:
• The question isn't "Should I keep this?" but "How does this make me feel?"
• Mel Robbins: "If a piece makes you feel small, ashamed, or disconnected, it does not belong in your future."
• Today: Releasing based on FEELING, not logic, guilt, or should.EXERCISE 1: THE FEELING AUDIT (5 STEPS)
Step 1: Pick the section you inventoried last week (tops, pants, dresses, shoes)
Step 2: Pull out each item one at a time. Put it on. Look in the mirror.
Step 3: Ask OUT LOUD: "How does this make me feel?"
Step 4: Name the SPECIFIC feeling:
• Confident or insecure?
• Grounded or disconnected?
• Beautiful or ashamed?
• Like yourself or like you're pretending?Step 5: Make the decision based on feeling:
• Feel good/confident/yourself → KEEP IT
• Feel small/ashamed/disconnected → RELEASE ITThat's it. Not "how much I spent." Not "will it fit someday." How does it make me FEEL?
EXERCISE 2: WRITING THE FEELING RESPONSES Create two columns in your journal: Column 1 - KEEP (What Makes Me Feel Good):
• Item + Feeling (blue sweater = confident)Column 2 - RELEASE (What Makes Me Feel Bad):
• Item + Feeling + Why you kept it (white dress = uncomfortable = spent money on it)This shows you the PATTERN. What you've been tolerating. What you've been carrying.
EXERCISE 3: THE SHOULD VS. FEEL CHECK For items you're struggling with:
Q1: Am I keeping this because I SHOULD or because it FEELS GOOD?
Q2: Who says I should? Is it MY rule or somebody else's?
Q3: What would happen if I let this go? Answer: Nothing. You'd just have one less piece that makes you feel bad. That's a WIN.
THE RESISTANCE TESTS
Mirror Test: Put it on. Do I feel like myself or like I'm performing? (Performing = Release)
One-Year Test: Have I worn this in the past year? (No = Release)
Today Test: Would I buy this exact item today, knowing what I know about myself NOW? (No = Release)
THE 5 COMMON SHOULD TRAPS
Trap 1: "But it's in perfect condition!" → Doesn't mean it serves YOU. Donate it.
Trap 2: "But I spent money on it!" → That money is GONE already. Can't get it back by keeping something that makes you feel bad.
Trap 3: "But it's a classic/timeless!" → For WHO? If it doesn't feel good on YOU, it doesn't matter. Trap 4: "But everyone says it looks good on me!" → Great. Then THEY can wear it. YOU wear what makes YOU feel good.
Trap 5: "But I might need it for an event!" → When that event comes, you'll find something that makes you feel AMAZING, not something you settle for.
THE RELEASE RITUAL (3 STEPS)
Step 1 - Acknowledge: "I kept this because I spent money / thought I should / someone gave it to me."
Step 2 - Thank: "Thank you for the lesson. Thank you for teaching me to honor my feelings."
Step 3 - Release with Love: Put in donation bag. Say: "I release this with love. May it serve someone who feels amazing in it."
WHAT IF MOST OF MY CLOSET DOESN'T FEEL GOOD?
First: Breathe. That's good information. You've been carrying emotional weight. Now you get to release it.
Second: You don't have to release it all at once. But you DO have to start. What to do:
• Keep only what makes you feel good (even if it's 5-10 pieces)
• Quality over quantity
• Identify what's actually missing
• Build intentionally moving forward (only bring in items that pass the feeling test)YOUR COMMITMENT THIS WEEK I commit to:
1. Going through the section I inventoried last week
2. Asking "How does it make me feel?" for EACH item
3. Naming the specific feeling
4. Releasing everything that makes me feel small, ashamed, or disconnected
5. Keeping ONLY what makes me feel grounded, confident, supported
6. Dropping off donations within 48 hoursSay it out loud. Write it down. Make it real. WHAT THIS CREATES
✨ Your closet becomes a sanctuary—every option supports you
✨ Your mornings become easier—you're not fighting yourself

How Does This Make ME Feel?" - YOUR Feelings as YOUR Truth MAY 2026 - Week 2: The ONE Question
What happens when you're 10 minutes into recording and realize something feels... off? Today's episode is raw and real. Nyomi stopped recording, went to her altar, pulled cards, and came back with THE distinction that changes everything. YOUR feelings about what serves YOUR life = YOUR truth. Trust them. OTHER people's feelings about YOUR choices ≠ YOUR truth. Don't take them personally. This is the ONE question that will transform your closet—and your life.
THE REAL STORY
Nyomi stopped recording 10 minutes in because the script said "Your feelings are your truth. Trust your feelings." But she thought: "Wait. We're taught feelings AREN'T truth. Feelings are emotions. That's where arguments come from." So she went to her altar, pulled 5 cards, and got THE answer: The distinction is WHOSE feelings.
THE DISTINCTION (CRYSTAL CLEAR)
YOUR Feelings About YOUR Life = YOUR Truth When you ask: "How does THIS make ME feel?" When you're deciding: "Does THIS serve MY life?" → TRUST THESE FEELINGS. They're YOUR internal compass. OTHER People's Feelings About YOU ≠ YOUR Truth When THEY think you should keep something. When THEY have opinions about YOUR choices. → DON'T TAKE THESE PERSONALLY. That's about THEM, not YOU.
EXAMPLES
IN YOUR CLOSET (Your feelings = Your truth): You put on a dress. Your body tenses. You feel uncomfortable. → "This doesn't serve me. Release it." TRUST THIS.
SOMEONE'S OPINION (Their feelings ≠ Your truth): Friend says: "But you spent money on that! Keep it!" Your truth: It makes you uncomfortable. → Release it anyway. Don't take their opinion personally.
MEL ROBBINS' WISDOM
"If a piece makes you feel small, ashamed, or disconnected from yourself, it does not belong in your future." The question isn't "Should I keep this?" (logic, external expectations) The question is "How does this make ME feel?" (YOUR internal compass)
SHOULD VS. FEEL
"Should" = What others expect, what society says, external rules → Disconnects you from what serves YOU
"Feel" = YOUR body's wisdom, YOUR heart's truth, YOUR alignment → Guides you to what serves YOUR becoming
YOUR BODY KNOWS
When something supports you: Body relaxes, shoulders drop, you breathe easier, you feel like YOURSELF When something doesn't serve you: Body tenses, you pull at fabric, you avoid mirrors, you feel like PERFORMING Your body's feedback = YOUR truth about what serves YOUR life
THE EXERCISE
Step 1: Pick up each item
Step 2: Put it on or hold it up
Step 3: Ask: "How does this make ME feel?"
Step 4: Notice your body's response (relax or tense?)
Step 5: Honor that feeling as YOUR truth Keep it if it makes you feel: good, grounded, confident, like yourself Release it if it makes you feel: small, ashamed, uncomfortable, disconnected

1. What am I keeping because I "should" instead of because it actually feels good?
2. What makes me feel small, ashamed, or disconnected from myself?
3. What makes me feel confident, grounded, and like MYSELF?
4. How do I feel when I open my closet each morning?
5. If I only kept clothes that made me feel good, what would I release?CLOSING AFFIRMATION

THE BOTTOM LINE
For YOUR closet/life: "How does this make ME feel?" → Trust this. It's YOUR truth. For OTHERS' opinions: "That's their feeling, not mine." → Don't take it personally. That's the distinction. That's the key.

Reclaiming Your Closet: The Closet Inventory MAY 2026 - Week 1: Identifying the Three Types & Beg...
Monday, we talked about the map. Today, we draw the lines.
Today, we inventory. Today, we identify. Today, we begin the release.
In this Action Wednesday, Nyomi gets REAL about her own closet journey—the 200+ wigs, the 30-year-old clothes, the drawer of expensive bras she gave away LAST WEEK, the family memorial t-shirts she released THIS MORNING, and the red carpet dresses she's finally ready to let go. This isn't theory.
This is Nyomi doing the work WITH you, in real time, sharing her own struggles and breakthroughs as she reclaims her closet.

• Some she wears sometimes, some she doesn't

• "I wish I could go into my mother's closet and do it!"
• Her mother (she's her caregiver) has SO many old clothes
• Being her caregiver has been "one" (laughs about it now)
• Can see the same patterns in her mother's closetThe Mel Robbins Post Timing:
• Hit her at the EXACT right time last week while cleaning closet
• Thought she was doing it right (cleans 6 times a year!)
• Realized: still holding blockage, still holding things with old energy and old stories

Reclaiming Your Closet: Your Closet is a Map of Your Past Selves
Your closet is not just clothes. It's a map of your past selves. Old identities. Old chapters. Old versions of you that you've outgrown. And if you want to reclaim your life, you have to reclaim your closet. Episode 400: The Time is NOW - Welcome to Season 5 Celebration
Four hundred episodes. Three years. Thousands of lives changed. What started as a gift to herself for her 51st birthday—just four episodes in October 2023—became a daily podcast that has transformed thousands of lives.
Today, Nyomi celebrates Episode 400 and announces the biggest shift yet: Welcome to Season 5.
From now on, it's primarily just Nyomi and you—real-time stories, practical exercises, lived teaching, and transformation. Occasional guests when intentional, but the focus is YOU doing the work, not just consuming content.
Plus: a major announcement about June 23rd. Something Nyomi's been planning for YEARS is finally launching. This is Season 5. More intentional. More action. The time is NOW.
